Executive - Vendor Business Development/B2B Sales - FMCG (1-3 yrs)
- Reporting to the Vendor Business Development Manager of the respective region / Location
- Identify, develop & manage strategic tie ups with Milk Vendors to grow the business.
- Working as per the B2B sales plan, acquire & onboard Milk Vendors and manage the partnership.
- Confidence, commitment and passion to solve business challenges and deliver consistently.
- Get involved in the community focused launch plan of the company's services.
- Develop visibility and contacts in the community & with milk vendors.
- Work involves everyday visits to field at early morning hours to meet milk vendors.
- Work may involve door to door campaigns or pamphlet distribution, where situation demands or permits (May not be applicable during Covid19 restrictions)
Mandatory Requirements:
1. Bike (or any 2 Wheeler) & Valid DL (Need to carry DL and RC for interviews)
2. Smart phone
3. Good communication skills in English & Kannada mandatory.
4. Basic Computer knowledge
5. Willingness & Ability or Experience in Field Sales
6. Valid AADHAR No. (ability to generate e-aadhar).
Qualification: Min. PUC (10+2).
Age: Below 30 Yrs.
Experience : Min. 1 years of relevant experience (Confident Freshers Welcome)
Work locations : Kochi (within 5 Kms of specific locations)
Shifts : As per business requirement. Candidate needs to be flexible for early morning shifts and willing to work on break shifts.
Working Days : 6 Days Weekly Off: Rotational (as per team workplan, Weekends are working days)
Salary : Upto 15 KPM in hand based on performance in the interview (+ attractive performance based incentives).
