Roles & Responsibilities :
- Serve as the voice of the company to customers.
- Convert each lead into a confirmed sales call.
- Handle inbound calls and provide clients with the best competitive fares.
- Prepare effective sales presentations to achieve high conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed conversion targets set in a result-focused environment, aligned with company goals.
- Maintain strong client relationship and deliver high level of customer service.
- Stay updated on the organization's products and services.
- Identify common customer challenges and propose solutions to enhance service levels.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing sales role.
- Proficiency in using GDS systems such as Amadeus for flight booking.
- Comfortable for voice-based US sales process.

- Willingness to work across various shift timings including nights.
