The Job

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.

- Actively prospect and engage with clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and individual travelers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Customize travel itineraries and packages to meet the unique needs and preferences of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

- Provide expert destination knowledge and guidance to clients, offering insights on attractions, activities, and cultural experiences.

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements and services.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our offerings.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / B2C Sales role, ideally within the Travel industry.

- You have working knowledge of Travel sales and Travel Agent(Must have knowledge of Dubai,Thailand & Kashmir)

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
