Roles & Responsibilities :-
1. Execution of Merchandising Activities with co-ordination of seniors like purchase link displays, POP & POS utilization and related activity such as allocation and co-ordination for distribution of POP & POS.
2. Planning and execution for exhibition, Events & Distributor/ Retailers Meet with consultation of seniors.
3. Responsible for Market coverage, planogram and product availability at right place in the store.
4. To review & analyses short term and long-term implications of various sales promotion activities and prepare necessary reports, including preparation of Scheme Compilation.
5. To monitor category-wise, spent of sales promotion activities versus budget. Including Trade Schemes & BTL Activation.
6. He will liaise with outside agencies like Ad & Promotion agency, retail outlets and distributors and coordinate internally with concerned departments, special sales team.
7. Market visit on regular basis to learn and observe market scenario, competition and success/impact of executed sales promotion activities, POP and POS provided.
8. To track the Competitors & other FMCG activities and suggest inputs accordingly.
9. Any other assignment pertaining to sales promotion/marketing as and when required.
10. Act as sales enablers providing support to the sales force for trade load or Consumer promotion.
11. Plan and co-ordinate activities prior to launch.
