Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Specialist - BTL to join our team.
- This role will focus on planning and executing Below-The-Line (BTL) trade marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.
- The ideal candidate will bring expertise in trade marketing, vendor management, and market analysis to deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement BTL marketing initiatives tailored to specific regions to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with sales teams to design trade campaigns aligned with business goals.
Vendor Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage external vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of BTL activities.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure cost-effectiveness in all vendor-related engagements.
Market Analysis and Competition Benchmarking:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Use data insights to benchmark against competitors and recommend strategies to stay ahead.
Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute promotional events, product activations, and other BTL activities to engage target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed post-event analysis with actionable insights.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and third-party vendors.
Budget Management:
- Oversee budget allocations for BTL activities and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in trade marketing and BTL activities.
- Strong expertise in vendor management and negotiating with third-party providers.
- Ability to conduct market analysis, understand consumer behavior, and benchmark against competitors.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in trade marketing or a similar role.
- Experience in FMCG, FMCD, Retail, or Consumer Goods sectors is a plus.
