Executive/Territory Sales Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager/Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Gujarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Sales Manager (Agency Channel) Job Responsibilities:
- Recruiting agents and offering consistent training for those who sell insurance.
- Achieving the goals set out and preserving positive relationships with clients and agent
- Achieving mapped middlemen's assigned PMS targets
- Agent tracking, activation, and licensing
- Keeping good communication with the agents and giving them regular product and procedure training
- Acting as a problem solver and proactively resolving concerns and inquiries
- Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries while keeping organized, methodical records of each meeting.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Any sales or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
