Executive - Territory Sales - FMCG (5-8 yrs)
- Generating business from each Distributors.
- Ensure Primary & Secondary sales.
- Monitoring the sales promoters on daily basis.
- Ensure implementation of Shop N Shop and Branding.
- Ensuring proper visibility of products and visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Keep vigilance on competitor activity.
- Monitoring the Service representative for fast and efficient service after Sales.
- Stock correction at Dealer level to ensure nil dead and Dino Stock.
- Generating sufficient order from Secondary Sales.
- Ensuring smooth completion of market survey for introduction of new items, one to one replacement /price Increase.
Desire Profile :
- Min 5+ yrs experience in FMCG.
- MBA full time.
- Local market exp is mandatory.
- Age not more than 35 yrs.
- No job hopper.
