Executive - Telesales - Wellness & Fitness (1-2 yrs)
The position of a sales executive is extremely important as this person will be the first point of contact. Some of the activities which the sales executive perform are :
1. Speak with potential clients on the phone and explain them about the gym. Note down all relevant information and enter it in the computer.
2. Meet and greet new members at the club.
3. Do a detailed club tour and explain the member about all the various features/benefits of the gym. Have ability to understand what the client is looking for and then pitch the required services.
4. Ensure existing members issue are addressed
5. Make cold calls and follow up on leads 6. Explain with great passion on the benefits of fitness.
Qualifications Required :
1. High energy and extremely personable
2. Extrovert
3. Good communication skills.
Fluency in English is a must
4. Flexible working hours especially during presale
5. Basic college degree with passion for fitness
6. Ability to enter data in the computer.
7. Build rapport with the members
8. Some experience in fitness industry is preferred
