Executive - Telesales - Travel & Tourism (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote My Air Deal's travel services and flight deals.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate travel solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding flight options, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Management with specialization in Sales or Travel related degree.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a related field.
Technical and Functional Skill sets
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
