Executive - Telesales - Travel/Hospitality (0-8 yrs)
- Handling Inbound / Outbound client calls, explain about the company's offerings, and convert inquiries into sales to meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create a business from existing customer accounts by sending them new offer updates, packages, and more
- Schedule client visits for prospective clients and coordinate site visits
- Maintain and update inquiry record database, booking sheet(s) for online and offline sales
- Track the number of monthly inquiries through offline and online channels for sales analysis
- Help in research and development of new online and offline sales channels
- 6 months to 1 yr of experience as Telesales / Telemarketing mandatory
Location - Moti Nagar, Delhi
Candidate should be from Hospitality or Travel Industry.
