Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Handling outbound calls for lead generation
2. Handling few inbound calls
3. Maintaining MIS on daily basis
4. Miscellaneous activity handling
5. Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis
6. Pro-active and prompt in nature
7. Quick decision making in absence of senior management
8. Readily solve customer queries
