Tele Sales Executive / Tele Marketing Executive - Females ( Remote JOb)


Company Overview : 

- Rustle Services is a marketing & sales outsourcing organization based out of Hyderabad that provides digital marketing and demand generation services to clients worldwide.

Responsibilities : 

- Follow prepared tele-marketing script to work independently with given data-sets to make phone calls without disruption

- Maintain consistent records of all calls as well as follow-up information and outcomes

- Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly call-out and call-quality goals

- Send daily reports in accurate and time-bound manner

- Accurately document the customer information including phone number, address

- Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain product features & benefits

- Ask relevant probing questions to understand the customer's needs to qualify interest levels

- Ready to work Saturday - Thursday (Friday off)

Qualifications : 

- 1-3 years of previous experience in telemarketing preferred. Previous experience in customer service or call centre/BPO also accepted

- Previous international calling experience preferred but not mandatory

- Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is preferred but not mandatory

- Timely and accurate reporting

- Persuasive ability to connect with target audience over a phone call to get their attention and promote product/service

- Ability to accept constructive criticism and continually improve daily KPIs

- Ability to join immediately

- Critical KPIs

- Leads Generated (weekly)

- Total number of calls attempted, Total successful calls (daily)

- Reports filed (daily)
