Executive - Telesales - Semiconductors/Electronic Products (1-2 yrs)
- Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company
- Answer queries about products or the company.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
- Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- E-mail Communication
Eligibility/Qualifications :
Gender : Only Female candidates can apply.
Age Limit : Between 20 to 30 years.
Education : Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Required) / Bachelors (Preferred).
Experience : Candidates should have a minimum of 1-year experience in Telesales with Good communication skills.
Ability to commute/relocate : Maraimalai Nagar Chennai, Tamilnadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
Languages : Fluent English is a must. Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam (Preferred).
