We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales executives (6 posts) to contribute in generating sales. For our company you will be responsible for making calls and explaining about the company brochure and maintaining good customer relationships. Excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be excellent in presenting (or) services over the phone as well as dealing with complaint and doubts.
Key roles:
- Advises present (or) prospective customers by making calls with operating telephones equipments and other telecommunication technologies.
- Influence customers to buy (or) retain open plots (or) services by following a prepared script to reference information.
- Maintain database by entering, verifying and backing updata.
- Keep notifying team leader everyday activities.
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures reporting needed changes.
- Maintain quality services by following organization standard.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company reputation.
- Go to the extra miles to meet sales Quota and Facilitate Future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful informations.
