Executive - Telesales - Real Esatate (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote products or services- Build relationships with customers and identify their needs and preferences
- Provide information and answer questions about products or services
- Handle customer objections and close sales
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to work in a team environment- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in real estate/builders/channel Partners/Broker Company is compulsory
