Executive - Telesales - Publishing (1-2 yrs)
We are Hiring for Telesales Executive.
Job Responsibilities :
- To generate and maintain data on prospective customers (leads) and effectively convert leads into sales using phone, email and internet
- Product detailing to customers by email, phone and through website
- Online demonstration and remote demonstrations and product trials
- Take orders and ensure timely delivery and activation
- Post sales follow-up and customer feedback and satisfaction
- Maintain sales and customer records using CRM and spreadsheets
- Set and achieve individual and team sales targets
- Co-ordinate effectively with other departments to achieve best results
Requirements :
- Good English communication, presentation and email skills
- Excellent sales orientation and selling skills
- Customer oriented approach. Good interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
