Executive - Telesales - Online Automobile Business (1-7 yrs)

Job Description
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
Qualification & Requirement :
1. Minimum H.S.C (12th) Passed.
2. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (South Indian Language will be a Plus).
3. Minimum 6 Months of experience in Voice Process INBOUND or OUTBOUND.
4. Should be flexible with week-offs
5. Should be comfortable to work for voice process.
6. We don't compromise with the quality need excellent communication skills in English & Hindi is a mandatory thing.
