Executive - Telesales & Marketing - Bank (0-3 yrs)
We are now recruiting a TelesalesExecutive for the Sales and Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will oversee, train, and motivate salespeople, manage sales objectives, and locate all clients.
Role and responsibilities.
- To fulfill a predefined monthly sales target of 75 Demat A/Cs based on location and revenue each month.
- To successfully accept all promotional and contest attempts.
- Coordinate and train partners and bank employees.
- Supporting the channel partner on joint calls is necessary.
- Required to be present at the branch and confident in Direct Sales.
Ideal candidate profile:
- Customers receive personalized attention.
- Graduate with one to three years of experience in banking sales.
- Customer Orientation
- High energy levels and a will to achieve.
CTC is up to 3.50 LPA, plus bonuses and additional perks.
