The Job
Your responsibilities will include :
- You will be responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential sales outlets.
- You will Ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase.
- You will be Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
- You will be Providing information to customers.
- You will be Monitoring sales performance.
- You will be Closing sales deals.
- You will be Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
- You will be Updating customer details
Ideal Candidate
- You must have Strong Communication Skills
- You have at least a Diploma/Degree
- You have at least 1-2 Years of experience as a Sales Executive
