ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Primary position Objective s: Responsible for driving tele sales channel for Global Logistics.
Key responsibilities :
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the company product to generate sales
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Map target customer as per CRM and ensure high customer connect
- Understand customer requirements drive sales target achievement
- Provide direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Go the - extra mile- to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES :
- Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Sound knowledge of Ocean Freight industry.
- Good communication skills
- Process centric
