1) Role brief:
- Convert leads as received from telemarketing team
- Understand customer's business basis which pitch for DHL services
- Upselling and cross selling of DHL services
- Manage account opening of converted customers
- Handle revenue generation
- Retention of active and non-active customers as per database
2) Skills required:
- Good communication skills
- Tele sales experience
- Preferable Industry: Banking, Logistics, Telecom, BPO (only Sales)
- Stable profile
3) Additional details related to the job:
- Location - Mumbai Country Office
- CTC: As per the industry.
- 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) from 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
- Age limit: 30 years (max)
- Walk In Selection Process :
- Online aptitude test
- HR interview round of the shortlisted candidates
- Hiring manager's interview round
- Final round of interview by the Head
