Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to help increase sales and drive business growth within the UK's 2 Person Home Delivery sector. This role involves leveraging industry knowledge and proven sales techniques to generate leads, open doors for the Sales Director to meet potential clients, and promote our delivery services to businesses that align with our profile.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telesales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client outreach. Training will be provided, and performance targets will be set to support your success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential clients using targeted strategies.

- Client Outreach: Initiate and manage outbound sales calls, emails, and LinkedIn campaigns to engage decision-makers.

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.

- Appointment Setting: Arrange meetings for the Sales Director with qualified leads and provide comprehensive background information for successful pitches.

- Market Research: Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine outreach strategies.

- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all communications and sales activities in the company CRM system.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Director and marketing team to align efforts and achieve sales targets.

- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed set targets for lead generation, call volume, and appointments scheduled.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably within logistics, transport, or related industries.

- Fluent/High level of written and spoken English

- Strong knowledge of online platforms, including LinkedIn, for prospecting and outreach.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

- Familiarity with logistics, home delivery, or transport strategies is a plus but not essential (training provided).
