Job Description :
- Identifying clients, introducing the company and self, presenting the concept, convincing its values and its benefits and executing orders and other corporate services, adhering to target limits.
- This job does want you to collect data, sort and analyze it to produce quality result.
- Though it is a full time office job, this requires you to meet any clients at their place if the situation so demands for.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate should possess Good communication skill
- Minimum 6 Months of Tele sales Experience
- Both male & female candidate can be considered.
- Should be an expert in sales over the telephone calls. We are not looking for freshers for the positions.
Qualification :
Required qualification is minimum 12th Pass
Salary:
- We are offering 17k gross & 15.5k in hand salary.
- Apart from salary we are providing travelling allowance as 600 rupees for share auto purpose & monthly train pass to the candidates.
- We do have Daily/weekly/half monthly & monthly incentive criteria also.
- We do have fixed salary increments on yearly basis for candidates.
- Apart from this if the candidates are consistently achieving there target for any 3 consistent month they will get promoted to senior level & increment in their salary too.
- Salary upto 17000 (15,500 in hand) + monthly train pass + 600 rs for share auto from Ghatkoper station for Traveling allowance+Daily/Weekly/Monthly Incentives (Other Financial Benefits : PF, ESIC & Gratuity)
- Every month first & second Saturday is off rest we are working full day.
