Executive - Telesales - IT (2-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services.

- Identify customer needs and provide information about our offerings.

- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.

- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to build rapport.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and share feedback.

Qualifications :

- High school diploma; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in a similar industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and resilience.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with B2B or B2C sales.

- Familiarity with lead generation techniques.

- Multilingual skills are a plus.
