Executive - Telesales - IT (2-4 yrs)
Tele Sales Executive -
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using sales scripts.
Answering questions about products or the company.
Asking questions to understand about customer requirements.
Job Brief :
- We are looking for enthusiastic telesales executives to contribute in generating Appointments for our company.
- You will be responsible for fixing appointments over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- An effective telesales Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
- They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
Responsibilities :
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and fix appointments
- Direct Prospects to the field sales team
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances- to preserve the company's reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Send Mailers to prospects wherever necessary.
Experience :
- 2-4 years of telecalling experience in Sales
- MIS /E-Mail Maintenance and Handling
- Excellent written and communication skills are a must.
