Executive - Telesales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- Responsible for telemarketing and servicing interventions
- Direct interactions with end customer with a view to service and upsell
- Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi & one regional language.
- Working day Monday through Saturday
- Should possess strong verbal & written communication skills as this profile involves dealing with customers
- 2-3 years experience in a contact center, email & chat functions preferably in telemarketing environment
- Experience working in insurance domain
