Job Description : Telesales Executive

Location : Koramangala, Bangalore

Language Requirement : Tamil (Mandatory)

Experience : Minimum 6 months of telesales experience

Qualification : Minimum qualification 12th pass

Salary : Up to 18,000 + PF + 50% incentives

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement :

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to inform and engage customers accurately.

Sales Targets :

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Customer Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Data Management :

- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the database.

- Update customer information in the database as required.

Follow-Up :

- Follow up on potential leads and conduct timely follow-ups to close sales.

- Provide feedback on the product's performance and customer issues to the management.

Requirements :

- Language Skills : Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.

- Experience : Minimum of 6 months of experience in telesales or a related field.

- Education : Minimum qualification of 12th pass.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear telephone voice.

- Customer Service Orientation : Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle and resolve customer issues effectively.

- Sales Skills : Ability to persuade and influence others, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for sales.

- Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM systems.

- Motivation and Drive : Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work under pressure.
