Executive - Telesales - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
- Educating clients on different health insurance options and helping them choose the best plan for their needs.
- Answering clients' questions and addressing their concerns regarding their health insurance coverage.
- Assisting clients with enrolling in health insurance plans, including filling out necessary forms and submitting applications.
- Maintaining accurate records of clients' insurance coverage and ensuring that all policy information is up-to-date.
- Explaining the claims process to clients and helping them file claims with their insurance provider.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in the healthcare industry and state and federal regulations affecting health insurance.
- Providing customer service to clients by resolving any issues or problems with their insurance coverage.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and insurance providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Generating sales leads and converting them into new business opportunities.
- The ideal candidate for a Health Insurance job should have a strong understanding of health insurance products, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A background in insurance, healthcare, or a related field is also preferred.
