Executive - Telesales/Inside Sales - EduTech Solution (0-2 yrs)
Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business. This is an opportunity to join a fast growing startup company that is attempting to revolutionizing education, by connecting schools and parents. We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals.
Requirements :
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Any degree in any field
- Fluent in English and Kannada is must
- Working knowledge of Tamil is a plus
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Female candidates are preferred
Responsibilities :
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Handle regular business process improvements and updates
- Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Devise B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore
Compensation :
- Salary will be Rs.12K to 20K per month.
- Based on the performance, the salary will be incremented.
