Telesales Executive

- We are looking for responsible Telesales professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and information to our potential clients regarding our programs and services offered. You will play a key role in increasing our profitability through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to business development. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to convert prospective clients into closures. The desirable candidate must care about client satisfaction, efficiency and upholding the values of the firm.

Responsibilities :

- Consistently make a good first impression when calling leads

- Contact potential clients looking to relocate abroad and explain the services we offer

- Convince potential clients to meet Immigration Consultant and take the deal further

- Commit to departmental and individual quotas/goals

- Meet company expectations for excellent customer service

- Update contacts database when necessary

- Provide information regarding product/service in an engaging manner

- Answer all clients questions accurately

- Take relevant notes on all calls for future use and enter them into the database

- Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times

- Function as part of the team with sincere enthusiasm

- Address any concerns/reservations of potential clients

- Scheduling appointments.

Requirements :

- Must speak English

- Prior experience as a Tele-caller or in a related field

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures

- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
