Executive - Telesales - Hospitality (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate daily leads.
- Sales Calls : Conduct outbound sales calls to promote Accor Plus memberships.
- Courtesy Calls : Follow up with existing members for renewals and customer retention.
- Sales Documentation : Ensure all sales activities are accurately recorded and documented.
- Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and deadlines.
- Collaboration : Work closely with team members and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
Key Requirements :
- Proficiency in basic computer usage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or a related sales role, preferably in the hospitality or a similar industry.
- Ability to consistently meet sales targets and deadlines.
