The Job Key responsibilities areas :
- Candidate will maintain relationships with existing clients and engage with prospective clients.
- Ensure all contact information is accurate and maintained updated
- Work with the team to develop and implement lead management process
- Ensure continuous updates and appropriate levels of product knowledge
- Develop relations between company and client following details to ensure quick response to identified problems.
- Schedule advance working appointments and respond promptly.
Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :
- Completed a Bachelors or a Masters degree in Sales, Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or a relevant field.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- A passion for learning new things.
- Experience in calling -Sales
- Self-motivation to meet and exceed goals and the ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
