Executive - Telesales - Healthcare (1-2 yrs)
Nhancesmart consulting is hiring for the role of Telesales Associate!
Roles :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into sales.
- Provide detailed information about Portea Medical's services, including healthcare packages, nursing services and equipment rental
Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement : Build relationships with potential clients by understanding their healthcare needs and recommending suitable services.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to close sales.
- Data Management: Update CRM systems with client information, interactions and sales progress.
- Feedback Handling: Address client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to streamline customer onboarding.
Requirements :
- Educational Qualification : Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream.
- Experience : 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the healthcare or services sector.
- Communication Skills : Option 1: Proficient in English and one regional language: Malayalam, Hindi or Telugu
- Option 2: Proficient in English, Bengali and Hindi (bilingual).
