Our client is a fast growing Fintech Company offering financial solutions to all kinds of financial needs of individuals through our platform where individuals can buy financial products and services on Pan-India basis.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Telesales role, ideally within the the Financial Services Industry and FinTech industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of sales, telesales, sales executive, tele calling and communication
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
