Job Title: Super 30 - Tele Sales Executive

Location: FRANKFINN, GURUGRAM

Job Type: Full-time

About Us:

"Super 30" is an elite team of high-performing sales professionals, and we're seeking talented individuals to join our ranks.

Responsibilities:

- Generate sales leads and convert them into customers through outbound calls

- Build rapport with potential clients and understand their needs

- Pitch products/services and handle objections

- Meet monthly sales targets and achieve growth

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling (BPO)

- No experience gap of more than 15 days

- Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

- Salary Package: - 22,000 - 30,000 (dependent on last drawn salary)

- Incentives: Mandatory every month, based on performance
