Executive - Telesales - Education (1-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be the owner of end to end counselling & selling process.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully month on month.
- Be a part of culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
- Generate revenue as per the monthly/ quarterly business plan.
- Participate in defining sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
- Outbound calling
Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Telesales
- Exhaustive experience of Telesales (B2C preferred)
- Preferably from edtech background.
- Strong selling abilities and be quick at conversions
- Should have experience of working with a startup.
- Experience of working in contact center preferred.
