Executive - Telesales - Education (1-3 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Executive with experience in education sales or business development to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, excellent persuasion abilities, and a passion for helping students or professionals with their learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Sales: Call potential leads and guide them through the course offerings.

2. Lead Conversion: Identify prospects' needs and convert inquiries into enrollments.

3. Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential learners through calls, emails, and messages.

4. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

5. CRM Management: Update and manage lead records and interactions in the system.

6. Counseling: Provide accurate information about courses, career benefits, and learning outcomes.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 2+ years in education sales, tele sales, or business development.

2. Language Skills: Proficient in English and Hindi (spoken & written).

3. Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

4. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.

5. Resilience: Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

6. Availability: Open to working on weekends (with a weekday off)
