Executive - Telesales - Education (1-3 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Pitching Products & Services to parents who have attended our 3 day (Level 0) workshop already.
- So these are warm to hot leads, who are ready to invest and go to the next level.
- Maintaining fruitful relationship with existing clients/parents.
- Contacting potential clients/parents via email or phone or WhatsApp to establish rapport and set up calls
- Counseling and converting the leads to enroll for ideal programs.
- Planning and seeing new marketing initiatives
- Identify new Sales Lead and potential new market segment
- Contacting current clients/parents to inform them about new developments in the company's products. (Upsell)
- Developing quotes and proposals. Rigorous follow-ups for payment completion.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone or email or whatsapp.
- Ensuring sales goals and targets are met (10 to 15 times of their salary is the monthly minimum sales target, as all the leads are warm to hot.)
- To give presentations to Prospect Clients.
- To manage end to end sales process, data collection, sourcing of leads, calling, giving presentations and negotiations.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Minimum educational qualification is 12th Std.
- A sales experience would be preferable but not mandatory.
- The candidate needs to know basic computer skills to operate Emails, Microsoft Office and Internet
- The candidate should be enthusiastic, ready to take challenges, a quick learner, smart to handle situations, an influencer, goal oriented, powerful communicator and must have powerful communication skills on phone to create a powerful impression to take it further.
- The Candidate should have good communication and relationship management skills and have good convincing ability.
- Candidate should have the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- The Candidate must have Excellent Time Management Skills.
- The candidate must have the zeal to perform and succeed.
- The candidate must have a learning attitude as the job demands ongoing learning & upgradation.
- A previous experience in an educational industry would be an added advantage, though not mandatory
