Executive - Telesales - Education (1-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calls to qualified leads, demonstrating the benefits of the product/service
- Achieve sales targets by effectively closing deals with B2C prospects
- Manage the sales process for B2C prospects, ensuring a smooth customer journey
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to understand prospects' needs and effectively convey the value proposition
- Explain complex concepts and ideas clearly and concisely
- Act as a good listener, being assertive and persuasive in sales conversations
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team, demonstrating a strong team player mentality
- Generate daily reports to track sales activities and progress
Key Skills :
- Proven experience in direct sales with a customer-oriented mindset
- Exceptional command over the English language
- Ability to effectively pitch the product/service to potential customers
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new aspects and industry trends
- Strong problem-solving skills to provide the best solutions to customers
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
- Relevant sales experience in a similar industry or field
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite for effective reporting and documentation
