Job Summary :
Frankfinn is seeking experienced and dynamic Tele Sales Executives to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong background in outbound calling within a BPO environment. The role involves selling our online courses over the phone, with a target of closing a minimum of one course sale.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell online courses.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent performance.
- Provide detailed information about the courses and address customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up with potential leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling (BPO) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Consistent incentive earnings in previous roles are required.
- Must not have a gap of more than 15 days between previous employments.
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
- Salary package ranging from 22,000 to - 35,000, depending on the candidate's last drawn salary.
