Executive - Telesales - Education (1-2 yrs)
Key Accountability :
- Advising the present or prospective students and parents by answering incoming calls in order to convince them for admissions
- Lead Management System (LMS), Maintenance and Reporting
- Ability to provide the information about the Products & services in order to influence the potential students by following a prepared script to give the product information
- Contribution to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Should be persistent in counselling the students and parents over phone and meeting solutions to their queries
Candidate Profile :
- Should have excellent communication and an ability to persuade
- Proficient and well versed with computer skills
- Should have a good know how of talking to people in order to convert potential leads into admission
- Should be fluent in communication in addition to having good writing skills
