Executive - Telesales - Education (1-10 yrs)
- We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling and meeting sales targets by converting leads into sales. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to persuade and influence others, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities :
- Counsel prospective clients via phone to understand their needs and offer our products/services as solutions.
- Follow up with leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a tele sales executive or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
