Executive - Telesales - eCommerce (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends
- The role is a part of the national team with core responsibility of winning back lost customers across India.
- Develop prospects and sales funnel via maintaining daily inputs amongst pre-identified data sets given by organization.
- Able to communicate the competitive landscape & benefits of Indiamart Paid Package.
- Active listening and understanding the business contexts of clients.
- Objection handling & query resolution
- Good Verbal and written communication & Good presentation skill.
- Sales closure over Tele & Video Call on Monthly basis
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or Inside Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge and command in sales acumen
- Only inside sales experience is required
- Minimum 70% aggregate in 10th & 12th
- Minimum 55% aggregate in UG & PG
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
