Executive - Telesales - Delegates & Sponsorship (1-2 yrs)
We have an immediate opening with one one of our client for the job role of Delegates and sponsorship sales Executive/Tele-sales executive with 1-2 yrs of experience
Responsibilities for Delegate Sales Executive :
- Achieve a minimum target of quality Lead research.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the products and industry, by reading and following the industry events, news and experts.
- Execute on assigned Sales campaigns, against products and revenue targets, in line with sales plan
- Work to achieve the KPIs set by the Sales Director.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, sales activity and customer information within the CRM
- Timely report to your sales manager of your sales pipeline and any relevant information to the potential clients.
- Sell Exitos products to senior level decision makers across key industries
- Record and maintain accurate client history.
- Drive opportunities to close.
- Partner connection.
- Hand-over of sale information and customer requirements to the credit control and operations team that will be subsequently liaising with the client to close the deliverables of the sale.
- Upsell and cross-sell products, further to clients requirement.
- Commit and adhere to the Exitos company & employment policy

- Fluency in English is essential
- Business acumen and drive to succeed
- Basic IT literacy in MS Excel, Word, email and internet

As a Sponsorship Manager / Executive:
- Manage the sale of sponsorship opportunities across a wide array of industries and events, plus;
- Identify prospective clients via targeted lead research within an assigned market
- Meet Sponsorship Targets for individual events
- Have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Develop a continuous pipeline of leads to generate new business opportunities
- Produce sales reports for weekly meetings
