Job Description:
- Warm calling on each interested leads generated for the client's for ICICI credit cards and personal loans.
- Generate maximum conversions
- Explaining features and benefits to the client.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates- schedules
