Executive - Telesales - Cruise Package (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customers- needs, accordingly position the product, help the customer in his decision making process & close the sale.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way (CRM)
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a TeleSales role (Cruise package Sales / Knowledge about Cruise industry will be an added advantage)
- Track record of minimum 80 - 100 calls / Day
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
