Executive - Telesales - Call Center (1-2 yrs)
Purpose of the role:
Achieve enrolment targets for EuroSchools, Billabong High International Schools & Centre Point Schools by maximising effective collaboration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Communicating with customers, engaging in tele counseling, inside sales with the customers/parents, and following up on leads
2. Understanding customers' needs and identifying opportunities.
3. Telecounselling for parents to drive admission walk-ins and closures
4. Master the sales pitch for Admission based on brand philosophy, values, infrastructure, board affiliation, school achievements, curriculum etc.
5. Be adept with the admission process and handling parent queries.
6. Follow-up with appropriate not interested leads for next round of counselling
7. Handling daily, weekly, monthly targets.
8. Ensuring a smooth sales lead process, and maintaining a cordial relationship with the customers
9. Maintain proper MIS and tackers on no. of enquiries, follow-ups, updates, conversions, reason of nonconversion etc.
10. Analyse data to understand how admissions can be maximized and suggest improvements in the process wherever possible.
Suitable Candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of professional experience preferably in school/ education enrollment, BFSI, Edtech, Real Estate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Target driven with customer service orientation.
