Executive - Telesales/Business Development - Hospitality (3-8 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities will be :
- Convert incoming leads into sales by providing required information.
- Solely responsible for tele and online portal business.
- Generate leads from the targeted customer group (corporates, travel agents).
- Strengthen current business and catalyst incremental business by key account management (Corporates, travel agents).
- Maintain an updated customer database.
- Constant communication with the clientele regarding the company's offers via phone or email and generate leads of potential client.
- Identifying new travel portals and listing the company's Properties on those portals.
- Receiving and answering online queries
- Coordinate with the reservation team for initiate the booking process.
- Ensuring outstanding customer experience.
- Owner of P&L account for the online portal's
- Building, maintaining and strengthening relationship with online travel relationship managers.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Telephone Calling experience (In Bound & Out bound)
- Self-Motivated with a target driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interaction skills
- 3-5 years of experience in customer handling in hospitality/aviation Industry.
- Experience of handling hotel reservation Desk / Travel Agency is preferred.
- Good knowledge in excel and any reservation's software system is preferred.
