Executive - Telesales - Broking Services (1-3 yrs)
Job description
Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales, handle customer inquiries, and provide service information. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Outbound Sales Calls:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to present and sell products/services.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Customer Interaction:
- Identify customer needs and provide information about products/services to address these needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track personal sales performance and report results to the Sales Manager.
Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Manage and update customer databases with detailed notes.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about new products, services, and company policies.
- Attend training sessions to maintain and improve product knowledge.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Share feedback and best practices with the sales team.
Job Requirements :
- Knowledge about Stock Broking Industry (Demat Account, Insurance, Mutual Funds and SIP)
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or other sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
