Executive - Telesales - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Role Title & Definition
A Telesales Executive is responsible for making all sales oriented calls with the corporate, HR or marketing heads of companies and set up meetings for the Management and the Business Development Manager .
Responsibilities & Deliverables :
1. Data Sourcing & Management
2. Meetings set up
3. Learning selling skills and business knowledge to become the Business Development Executive
TASKS & ACTIVITIES Data Sourcing & Management :
1. Collecting verified data from various sources like Google,Linked In, Quora, Indiamart, Sulekha and others of the decision makers of companies regarding website and Digital Marketing. They could be the HR, Admin or Marketing Head of the company or business owners as they decide most of the times. The industries in focus Healthcare, E-commerce, Real estate Developers, Brokers, Manufacturers, Skin Clinics, Furniture stores,Fashion Designers, Travel Companies, Event Companies, Business Coaches, Logistics Companies.
2. Maintaining the database on the company provided templates.
Meetings Set up
1. Spending 5 hours on calls daily to generate meeting opportunities.
2. Sending out professionally written prospecting emails to potential customers and also to provide information that they are seeking.
3. Be the communication bridge between the prospective client and the Business Development Team to ensure meeting details accurately.
- Learning selling skills and business knowledge to become the Business Development Executive
1. After setting up 40 meetings a month, can accompany the Business Development Executive for business meetings.
MEASUREMENT METRICS :
1. 1000 complete contact details per month
2. 50 meetings per month and 13 meetings per week.(Will be revised in October)( Based on the size of projects required every month)
